Regular Orders:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, in addition to shipping time.

Our preferred shipping method is UPS ground and most deliveries arrive within 5 business days. Federal Express Overnight Shipping is recommended for any baskets containing fresh flowers or fruit.

Chicago loop deliveries can be delivered by messenger same day when ordered by 12 noon CST. Loop delivery fees are $10 per basket.

We ship almost anywhere in the continental US. Additional shipping fees will apply for deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska. Gourmet Pantry will send an email showing adjusted shipping costs for those AK and HI orders. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for deliveries to these states.

UPS and Fed Ex will not accept PO Boxes or foreign addresses and all deliveries must include your recipient’s phone number, sorry--no exceptions.

Due to local ordinances, gift baskets containing wine or other liquor may only be shipped to the following states: CA, CO, IA, ID, IL, MN, MO, NE, NM, OR, WI, HI, and WV. Adult signatures with valid identification that they are over 21 years of age will be required from our Fed Ex or UPS carrier on all shipments containing alcohol.

*Please note that  you must be at least 21 years old to order or receive alcohol from this web site.  All orders require the signature of a person at least 21 years of age.

You will receive an email confirmation note telling you when your basket has shipped and when it is expected to arrive.
